Guests consistently praise the modern rooms for being clean and tidy, some featuring cute balconies. The location at the top of Queen Street puts you close to the downtown area with a bus stop nearby, and several rooms offer a great view of the Sky Tower. While the rooms are generally spacious, a few guests have noted that some can feel a bit small. Enjoy amenities such as the big bathroom/shower with good water pressure, and the convenience of having Lone Star restaurant next door.

the front desk super nice team and professional! every time i needed assistance, they were quick to help. i really appreciated how knowledgeable they were about the area and their recommendations. plus, the hotel's location was so central i could walk everywhere.
the air conditioning in the room didn't work properly! the filter apparently needed cleaning. also, there was a door connecting my room to the next, i could hear everything next door! i heard loud noises late at night, which woke up my children.
